For a one night stay before catching a flight out of San Jose airport this hotel is ideal. Staff at the front desk upon check-in were very nice (a young Indian fellow) and gave us a room facing out to the back. It was quiet and large enough, though dated and somewhat worn. Decently clean.

The breakfast was excellent! Breakfast burritos, English muffin sandwiches, fresh fruit, waffles, toast , pastries, juice coffee and tea. It was much more than I expected. What stands out most from our visit was how friendly everyone that worked there was ! Nik was especially courteous and helpful and the women who cleaned the rooms(sorry I don’t remember her name) was very kind and helpful.

It was clean. Desk staff were friendly and explained the snacks that were available even in the evening, for free, which included coffee, hot chocolate, juices, yogurt, granola bars, fruit, refrigerated egg/sausage McMuffins, boiled eggs, cheese sticks, individually wrapped sweet rolls. Grab and Go breakfast was offered in the morning, with freshly made items to go. The room had a refrigerator and microwave and a coffee machine, with coffee packets.

The location said "airport" but it was far enough away we never heard planes, which was wonderful. Our room was very comfortable with a nice view of the neighborhood. It was in close proximity of many local food locations. There was a hot, full breakfast in the morning which was delicious!

Location was good for our volleyball tournament at San Jose Convention Center. Room was clean and comfortable. Having access to hot coffee and other beverages was great especially on a cold and rainy day! The front desk was very friendly.

Property was nice and clean! Staff were super friendly and always helpful. Location wasn’t too far from restaurants or grocery stores.

It was located in a nice area . When I checked in and out the staff were very friendly. It was a nice room everything was organize I will love to sleep in hotel again if it is necessary

Clean and typical for Best Western hotel with all you need for a good stay. Special bonus: great coffee maker at the lobby with real espresso available 24\7
