It was clean. Desk staff were friendly and explained the snacks that were available even in the evening, for free, which included coffee, hot chocolate, juices, yogurt, granola bars, fruit, refrigerated egg/sausage McMuffins, boiled eggs, cheese sticks, individually wrapped sweet rolls. Grab and Go breakfast was offered in the morning, with freshly made items to go. The room had a refrigerator and microwave and a coffee machine, with coffee packets.

The breakfast was excellent! Breakfast burritos, English muffin sandwiches, fresh fruit, waffles, toast , pastries, juice coffee and tea. It was much more than I expected. What stands out most from our visit was how friendly everyone that worked there was ! Nik was especially courteous and helpful and the women who cleaned the rooms(sorry I don’t remember her name) was very kind and helpful.

The location said "airport" but it was far enough away we never heard planes, which was wonderful. Our room was very comfortable with a nice view of the neighborhood. It was in close proximity of many local food locations. There was a hot, full breakfast in the morning which was delicious!

For a one night stay before catching a flight out of San Jose airport this hotel is ideal. Staff at the front desk upon check-in were very nice (a young Indian fellow) and gave us a room facing out to the back. It was quiet and large enough, though dated and somewhat worn. Decently clean.
